InOutBoard Client v3.2.0.2 with EAS (Download)

Do you ever have a problem keeping track of who’s in and who’s out of the office?  Welcome to the “In/Out Board” client software.   This software is an employee in/out board solution which allows your staff to quickly determine the availability and status of their associates. It also features an emergency alert system

USAGE:      Select one of the messages included with the system or type your own message in the space provided and click the “You are: IN/OUT”  button.

FEATURES:

Messages Included

5 messages are included in the client

System Tray Icon 

The System tray Icon shows your current status(in, out, etc)

Right click the system tray icon to access the menu

Set your “away” message from this menu

PREFERENCES:

You can delete messages or restore the client back to your primary monitor(in cases of dual monitor setups)

EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM ADD-ON 

The client has built into it an Emergency Alert System. This will allow University Police and/or First Responders to issue a message across Campus.  Also included is a “panic” button or a silent alarm to notify University Police of emergency situations.

This message will pop up full screen over all screens. 

Panic button

This device is to be used only in the case of imminent life threatening emergencies!!!

When the panic button is pressed a Send/Cancel window will pop up. This popup will stay up for 10 seconds before closing.  If the panic is not cancelled a message is sent to University Police when the popup closes.

When the panic button is pressed the colors change to red as well as the icon in the system tray.
